Two excellent articles

NY Times: How Armstrong and His Team Eluded Doping Tests

  1. Wow… after reading the article on Armstrong, I could only think, “Let’s hear it for modern advances in testing!” His own doping was very scientific and I don’t believe he could have done it without the help of his doctor(s).

The number one killer disease is heart disease and so much of it is caused by diet and lifestyle (as well as genetics). Eating the way pro-football players eat… and the great weight (greater now than before) they carry is inviting trouble, don’t you think?

Thank you for these excellent, informative, and sobering articles 🙂
