How to live now. The teen years. Cycles of Civilization.

How to live NOW:

Don’t talk about what happened earlier. I’m beginning to think that people spend a good part of their waking hours recounting moments from the past. But the past is not where they are now. Which is helping to keep them oblivious to the NOW.

If it were possible to record thoughts, I’d rule the world by now. So many beautiful phrases, so many profound ideas.

Everything happens before 19. And everything after 19 is just a continuation of what you’ve done before 19. This means that high school is the most important time of your life–a time to be taken with great
seriousness. Highschool is a time to work hard at what you like, perhaps without identifying a career path if need be.

Obey the Cycle. If you want to make money, go to a country that is at the right stage in the cycle and invest in real-estate.

?? Man, I had some good ideas last night in bed. And some beautiful phrases. What were they all??

IDEA: “Do” a group of wealthy guys decide to do something that matters. They go after government
corruption… one person at a time. Yeah, there’s too many people involved to bring them all down. So let’s get started. Make this an unconventional movie. A bit abstract. That is what will sell now.

IDEA: more characters for “Circles”: Survey Kid, Lobster Jim,

Here’s how they did it:

  1. tough and aggressive and shrewd
